At Overflux, we strive to deliver your order quickly and securely, wherever you are.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

  • U.S. Orders: 7–15 business days

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days
    Delivery times may vary based on location, customs clearance, and local carrier performance.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye out for those.

Tracking Orders
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package in real time. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays & Customs
Unexpected factors such as customs checks or carrier delays can affect delivery times. Overflux is not responsible for delays caused by these external factors, but we’ll always help you track your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact info.overflux@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.
